I have tried to make the process easy for you with easy access and key collection by using a key safe on the front door. I will give you directions from the nearby airports and details on how to obtain the key, using a code, and where the barrier fob and other keys are left for you. You can arrive any time you like after 2:00 pm due to the key safe access and there is a late leaving facility, up to 21:00 hrs by arrangement and at a cost. Should you want a mid term clean then this can be arranged with the key holder direct. A change of linen and towels is provided for those staying more than 1 week. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy, basically how you find it and would expect to find it.

Duquesa Village is a quiet place, safe for all with security and fencing. There are 5 pools to choose from, poolside furniture provided free of charge, there is a small toddlers pool next to the main pool by block 10. There is a large pool and a kiddies pool at the bottom of the hill, both of a good size. There is also a paddle court for the more energetic. There are extensive gardens that are well maintained and our apartment overlooks the Golf course giving pleasant views and a variety of wildlife to look at. We are regularly visited by a pair of small owls that are quite tolerant to our presence.
