Pros: Everything! The apartment is very nice and well-furnished, has everything one might need (from capsule coffee machine and hair dryer to iron and a washing machine). It is perfectly located in the middle of the city centre, and one can reach most of the city attractions by foot. There are a couple of good places to eat around (if you prefer to have a meal outside) and 24/7 supermarkets.

Contras: On Saturday night it was quite loud in the streets and we heard it from the apartment, but it didn't affect our sleep that much. Water pressure in the pipes is a bit low, but that is expected from an apartment in an old building.

Pros: Месторасположение замечательное. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Для прогулок по городу транспортом не пользовались ни разу. Удобная Квартира, хотя и есть мелкие недостатки, которые не очень мешали отдыху. На фотографии вид из окна, который нас порадовал в первое утро.

Contras: Очень шумно, звукоизоляция плохая. До 2 часов ночи спать почти невозможно даже при закрытых окнах. Неудобно отсутствие ящиков для одежды, только вешалки. Пришлось освобидить кухонные ящики, чтобы положить свои вещи. Очень слабый напор воды, поэтому воду почти невозможно отрегулировать - или очень горячая, или совсем холодная. Мы приехали ночью, 10 часов в дороге на самолете с пересадкой. Устали. Хорошо бы оставить гостям хотя бы пару пакетиков чая или кофе, чтобы можно было выпить перед сном.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta en pleno centro de madrid, el departamento es cómodo para 2 ó 3 personas, tiene todo lo necesario para varios días, hasta copas de vino! Volvería sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo a cualquiera.

Pros: Öncelikle konum, ev sahibinin nezaketi, iki televizyon, kendi evinizde olmasi gereken tüm eşyalarin burada da var olmasi, komşularin ve bina gorevlisinin de en az ev sahibi kadar kibar olması ve aklima gelmeyen tüm başka şeyler...

Contras: Sevmedigim değil de en az sevdigim şey tuvaletin yeri diyebilirim.

Pros: Все було чудово. Дякую Хоакіну за гостинність.

Pros: Comodísimo, muy bien situado y el trato ha sido de lo mejor. Si surge la ocasión, repetiremos.

Pros: Vicinissimo a Plaza Puerta del Sol, in pieno centro di Madrid. Struttura semplice, piccola, ma confortevole e ben arredata, non mancava nulla.

Pros: La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta, praticamente a meno di 5 minuti a piedi da Puerta del Sol e in generale molto strategica per visitare la città. Davvero molto pulita e funzionale, bella vista dal 4° piano sul calle sottostante. Wifi perfettamente funzionante. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci tornerei sicuramente e la consiglierei.

Contras: Checkin un po' macchinoso ma niente di complicato.
