Completely renovated in 2018 the apartment has its own private entrance, new bathrooms, kitchen and livingroom. The property is tastefully furnished with quality beds, firm mattresses and cotton bedding, we appreciate and understand what it feels like to get into an uncomfortable bed on holiday, so we are confident you will be able to enjoy a comfortable nights sleep in Casa Flamingo. Both bedrooms have ensuites and also have new inverter airconditioner units fitted, these are quiet and operate with remote control. You can make yourselves comfortable in the livingroom which has a 3 and 2 seater leather sofa's the 49" Samsung smart TV is wifi enabled so you are able to enjoy the free high speed wifi. The kitchen is well equipped with a large new fridge freezer, microwave, gas range cooker and oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a little breakfast table with 4 chairs otherwise you can choose to eat alfresco in the small courtyard outside. The apartment is within walking distance of numerous tapas bar, restaurants, convenience stores, banks (ATM's) and the theatre, you really dont need to drive anywhere if you dont want to.

Convenient location in Alhaurin el Grande old town, ample free street parking and a few steps away from numerous local tapas bars, restaurants, a local supermarket, fish monger, butcher to name but a few as well as the tourist information centre. The picturesque historic Plaza Baja which houses the Nuestra Senora de La Encarnacion church is a 3 minute walk away. If you want to head to the noisier new part of town there is a big supermarket and numerous bars and restaurants, its a 15 minute walk (good exercise returning home after a filling evening dinner and drinks), if you are staying in the village you really dont need to drive anywhere with this location. Within a 5 minute drive there are a number of golf courses, indoor sports centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the mountain hiking trail at the top of town. The nearest beach is approximately a 20 minute drive away, Playa la Cala or Fuengirola. The large Miramar mall which has a large Carrefour supermarket and many other International brand stores and cinemas is also 20 minutes. A 25 minute drive will get you to the inland lakes of El Chorro or Marbella or Malaga town or the airport.
