The penthouse has 2 bedrooms, comfortable and quiet, a cozy living room with terrace, practical kitchen and a large bathroom with tub. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Alicante, but a step away from downtown and beach Postiguet. Ideal for your holiday. The penthouse is located in a quiet neighborhood, 10- 12 3minutes walking distance from the city center, train station, shopping center El Corte Ingles and about 20-25 minutes walking from the old town and about 25-30 minutes until beach Postiguet. It has a nearby bus stop, bus nr3 or bus nr2 which goes every 5 minutes to the city center, old town and Postiguet beach. It has 2 large bedrooms, and I have a baby bed (cradle) too, 1 large bathroom with bath, kitchen, living room with Smart TV, and the best of the house definitely a cozy terrace where you can enjoy beautiful evenings and the sun bed :) It also has a garage in the basement of the building.
On Thursdays and Saturdays, the next street has a large street market with a variety of products. District with shops of all kinds nearby but a step away from downtown neighborhood
