The apartment is 70 m2 and has a 20 m2 terrace and a 42 m2 roof terrace. It is newly refurbished, including brand new kitchen and all new furniture. The kitchen has kitchen cutlery, plates and glasses for 12 people, two refrigerators, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment has also hot/cold air-conditioned, new 50” Smart TV and free Wi-Fi and a private parking space inside the urbanization, which avoids car damages when parking in public areas. Aloha Gardens is a closed urbanization with 24/7 security guards, which provides security for both children and adults and are also available for assistance in case of accidents in the apartment. The entire urbanization is extremely well-kept with nice tree, bushes and green areas. There are three swimming pools, of which one is an indoor heated one with Jacuzzi. All pools have sunbeds for relaxation in the sun. From the terrace, there is a view to Aloha Golf Club and to the beautiful La Concha mountain (1215 meters).There are many other golf courses in the areas. On the roof terrace, there is a sofa-set, sunbeds and an even greater 180-degree view.
We are a family of five persons, Emily, Lucas, Chillie, Dorthe and Kim. Our intention with renting out, is for the guest to feel like home. Therefor we have tried to make the decoration in the apartment so personal inspired as possible. In the summer we spend all our time in our sailboat.
