This central city apartment has been recently renovated located on Gran Via , one of Valencia´s best avenues by the trendy Ruzafa quarter (the coolest neighbourhood in Valencia) . It has very good access to the main train and metro statión (4 minutes walk) and bus stops. The apartment is on a high floor. There is direct access to the lift from the apartment. It has one big bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath and shower and a very bright living room with big windows giving on to a sunny terrace. The kitchen is integrated into the living room. Very easy access from the airport (Xativa metro station 150m. from the apartment).
