The villa has been totally renovated and modernized with a luxurious & immaculate modern Italian style! The entire furniture and interior design including fabulous kitchen are imported and made by a prestigious Italian co. The villa enjoys impressive front line golf view along with Sea, Lake and mountain view as well. The world's luxurious Puerto Banus and its impressive beaches, bars, restaurants etc... is only 1.8KM away! All kinds of amenities are 15 mins walking distance while local transportation is few steps away as well. The villa has lovely and matured private garden with a BBQ facility overlooking the Golf and mountain. Free car Parking for 2 cars is one of the facilities we offer such as free wifi, swimming pool etc... You can easily reach the villa from Malaga airport either by Taxi or public transportation.

The villa is quite strategically located in the most luxurious areas of Marbella. It takes you10 mins driving to get to Marbella city center and only 1.8 KM to Puerto Banus luxurious where you can enjoy the beaches, restaurants, cafeterias and all amenities you may need. The local bus station is few meters away from the villa where you can use it to go to Puerto Banus or any other areas and back to the villa. The famous Aoha golf course is right in front of the villa as the villa is located at the front line of the golf course and also in the center so it's surrounded by the other fairways! The golf course club house is only 270 meters away from the villa and you can view it very clearly from the villa upper terrace.
