Pros: Ottimo appartamento e cura dei dettagli, cucina fornita e qualità in generale
Contras: Check in difficoltoso per il ritiro delle chiavi e mancanza totale di accoglienza / presenza del proprietario per spiegare servizi e utilizzo Dell appartamento

Pros: J'ai aimé l'accueil de notre hôte (très sympatique et ponctuel), l'emplacement (proche du métro et quartier calme) et la décoration soigné de l'appartement. Il a une vraie âme et est bien équipé.
Contras: - la banquette du canapé lit, pas très confortable... - ce n'est pas très bien insonorisé (on entend les voisins du dessus et le patio fait caisse de résonance...).

Pros: Quiet back street location in noisy Barcelona, everything needed around - food, restaurant, metro station. Good cleanness, stylish look. Fully equipped with household and kitchenware goods and other things like coffee, salt, oil etc.
Contras: Despite agreed arrival time, we had to wait a little for host to come. Sofa bed is not for comfortable sleep even of one person, two will defenitely be in pain. The bed in bedroom looks like 140 or 160 cm width max too. Please note that whole the property is one open space room with isolated bathroom inside, so there is no soundproofing for sleeping areas despite of the door between. You will also very much hear your neighbors floor above and scooters engines outside as there is local scooter parking directly in front of the door.

Pros: Appartamento carinissimo. Proprietario super disponible da subito. Zona comoda e tranquilla ; vicinissima a Plaza espanya con metro dirette in centro (10mn). Da raccomandare assolutamente.

Pros: Стильно оформленные апартаменты создают настроение и отлично подходят для двоих. Есть патио. Оборудование соответствует описанию. Расположены на тихой улочке. 5-10 минут пешком до пл. Испании (метро+автобусы), фонтана Монжуик, музея Испанская деревня. Для любителей пеших прогулок - гора Монжуик и 35-40 минут по Паралели до пл. Каталонии и Рамблы. Рядом супермаркет и пекарня, есть ресторанчики и бары - Хавьер рекомендует лучшие.
Contras: С учетом влажного климата в Барселоне желательно двойной комплект полотенец и побольше крючков и полочек в ванной комнате. Больше добавить нечего.

Pros: It was the flat I wanted, so it met my expectations for sure and the host is very friendly and hospitable.
Contras: It would be nice to have a portable heater there, it was quite cold in the bedroom.

Pros: The apartment is excellent in the center. Get the keys was not difficult. In the apartment, everything you need (coffee, pasta, sauces, tea, sugar, and all the necessary utensils.) The owner is very friendly. The district center, not much better, came out and already in the heart of Barcelona. If I fly to Spain, I’ll stop and advise everyone
