Puerto Banús is a great place for eating out, shopping, relaxing on the beach, cocktails, nightlife... It's got everything. The beachfront walkway from Banús to Marbella is definitely worth walking or cycling. You'll discover a beautiful bridge next to the Marbella Club which goes out into the sea and is a site for amazing photos at sunset. Marbella centre is great for some culture and we always recommend to discover the Old Town. On the "Plaza de los Naranjos" there is a tiny "Churrería" which makes the best traditional churros. It's a tiny place with a blue facade, definitely worth a visit. From there, going down to the beach we've got the Alameda and Salvador Dalí parks which make for some amazing photos!

Pros: Das ehemalige Fischerhaus ist wirklich eine sehr individuelle und besondere Unterkunft. Die Lage so nah am Meer ist unschlagbar und nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Die Infrastruktur der Gegend ist super (Anbindung an die Metrolinien 4+6, Busse, Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Cafés, Obstläden, Restaurants usw.) Die Wohnung ist tendenziell dunkel, aber es gibt ausreichend elektrische Beleuchtung. Was einem klar sein muss ist, dass alle Mitreisenden alles von den anderen mitbekommen, weil das ganze Haus offen ist. Die Vorhänge und Schiebetüren bieten nur Sichtschutz. Uns hat das allerdings nicht gestört.
Contras: Qualität der Bett-Untergestelle, die knarzten und machten einen eher billigen Eindruck. Die Qualität der Matratzen ist dagegen gut. Von der Terrasse hatten wir uns mehr versprochen - wir haben sie kaum genutzt, aber das war angesichts der Nähe des Meeres kein Problem.

Contras: It would be good to have the option to order one extra cleaning during a longer stay 2 duvets instead of one big one in double beds would work better when travelling with friends. The stairs upstairs keep a lot of noise :-D

Pros: Die Wohnung ist perfekt, wenn es darum geht ein paar schöne Tage mit Freunden am Strand zu verbringen. Das Raumkonzept mit den Schiebetüren ist brilliant. Einfach aufstehen, Türen beiseite schieben und schon ist das Wohn/Esszimmer 20 qm größer. Die Dachterasse ist super um Abends zu entspannen. Wir waren mit 8 Leuten dort und hatten ausreichend Platz und durch die beiden Badezimmer gab es keine Schlage vor dem Band. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner) und es gibt sogar zwei Sonnenschirme. Bis zum Strand inkl. Volleyballfelder sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Contras: Die Treppe die zur Wohunung führt und alle Treppen innerhalb der Wohnung sind sehr steil, aber irgendwie macht das auch den Charme der Wohung aus.
