We are a small family, my husband is called Ernest, my son is called Ferran and I’m Damaris. In 2017 we bought an apartment next to our house so it could be used as a tourist apartment. In March 2018 we rented the apartment out for the first time and until now our clients are very satisfied with us. We encourage you to come and stay at our apartment where you will be treated like the family and we will recommend what you can do and see during your stay once we meet. The Ferran Apartment is a touristic accommodation situated in the urban centre of Deltebre. It’s on the first floor of a two floor building. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and an open kitchen lounge, the apartment is 60 m2. It also has its own cosy terrace where you can enjoy the welcome aperitif if you fancy it. The construction and finish are of a good quality and the decoration inside the apartment is modern.
Situated in the centre of the village, it is a quiet area. The only time it’s not so quiet is during the second week of August approximately, when the Annual village parties (Festes Majors), are celebrated. The rest of the year, even though it’s in a central street, the apartment is away from the noise because it’s at the back of the building. All the small shops are in a radius of 1km: supermarkets, a weekly market, local market, bakeries, hairdressers, kiosks, book shops, banks, restaurants, bars, children’s parks, a gym, beauty centres, medical centres, chemists…
The village has bus transport to get to nearby villages and towns: Amposta, Tortosa, and Sant Carles de la Ràpita... There are also taxis if you need them but Deltebre is a place where the people move around on foot, by bicycle (it is possible to rent), by motorbike or by car. We would recommend that you have your own vehicle to move around and enjoy the area of the Delta without complications.
