Our modern apartment which can accommodate up to 8 guests will impress you with the decor, space and the view from the balcony. Our aim is to make sure that our guests will spend a great time while staying in our apartment in La Manga. You'll have a fully furnished, 3 bedroom apartment for yourself including free extras: wifi, air-conditioning, heating, gaming console, fresh towels and bed linens. You'll enjoy a fantastic sea view from our balcony, a shared swimming pool (with shallow end for kids) and plenty of beaches nearby of which the nearest one is just 1-minute walk away! Before arrival you'll be contacted by our "apartment management" who will agreed the time to meet with you and will hand you the keys. In case you occur any problems, they will be available to assist you.

Hello. Our names are Martin & Mieczyslaw. We and our wives are passionate about travelling and after being in so many different places we felt in love with La Manga. We adore this part of Spain so much, that we decided to buy apartment here. Our plan was to rent it out but also leave few weeks in a year to enjoy it by ourselves. As one of us having a real estate background and other one being a handyman we made a great team. Our main focus is to keep high standard of our apartment for our customers satisfaction. We are sure you'll enjoy your stay and hoping to get a feedback after your visit.

As the apartment being on 17th km of La Manga strip it doesn't have crowds of tourists around and occupying the nearby beaches. That was the reason when choosing a location and so far we had a great feedback because of that. The nearest beach is just 1-minute walk from the apartment. It is called "Veneziola beach", it has a fine sand and shallow waters of Mar Menor. If you prefer Mediterranean Sea then it is about 5-minute walk away, again with sandy beach. If you love Spanish cuisine there are few great restaurant nearby of which the best one (in our opinion) is Escuela de Pieter, just about 8-minute walk away. There are also few nice bars nearby, during the season some of them are built on the beach. If you're tired of lying on the beach we recommend visiting local marina and if you haven't been yet - historical Cartagena, one of the best town we've ever been to.
