In this private penthouse duplex apartment you will feel like at home. The communal swimming pools have been fully renovated and re-opened in summer 2018. Fabulous sea views, centrally located in a very popular area next to Paloma Park (Parque de la Paloma). Private south-facing terrace on top floor with relaxed lounge seating area and two sun loungers. Downstairs there's another terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, living room, balcony and a private roof sun terrace. The complex is build in Andalusian style featuring two communal pools,lovely garden landscaping with palm trees. The complex is gated and a delightful - reasonably well known landmark. A fun (culture, art, nature) loving couple who loves Benalmadena. There's so much to see and we trust you'll have the most enjoyable holidays here. Malaga city is also only a short train trip away with it's many sights, beautiful Marina,trendy restaurants and cafes for you to find! We would recommend a short day trip to Benalmadena Pueblo, lovely old town with flower pots on the walls on the narrow streets. It has good views over the coastal area, and it also has the statue of the Girl of Benalmadena, which is the symbol of the town. You can reach Benalmadena Pueblo by bus, for example bus 103 which has a stop next to the complex on C/ Boulevard. Note that many restaurants typically open for lunch only after 1pm.
The accommodation is located in Pueblo del Parque complex, well known for its landscaped gardens and comfortable housing. Located within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the famous park Parque Paloma, central to Arroyo de la Miel transport hubs and entertainment district, offers comfortable accommodation within landscaped gated community. All sights are in easy to reach with public transport - but with the benefit of a calm residential neighborhood. Parque de la Paloma is a charming public park with lots of green, a duck pond, river and cafes. There is also playgrounds for children. There is a paved beach promenade along the beach from Avenida las Palmeras all the way to Puerto Marina and beyond. There are many bars and restaurants, including seafood and steak restaurants. Another nice place is Puerto Marina, which is a marina with dozens of restaurants and good shopping opportunities. There are also various activities available such as boat trips. There’s a ferry to Fuengirola, timetable depends on season and weather conditions.
