Apartamento en la Playa

Pros: Great location, close to the beach, the lovely Parc de la Ciutadella, Arc de Triomf and Parc Olimpic. Very easy walking to metro stations at Marina or Bogatell and the Estacio del Nord or Estacio de Francia. Supermarkets and restaurants also close by. Good flat, everything we needed inside, secure entry, pleasant courtyard, helpful and courteous English-speaking hosts who fixed any issues quickly. We especially chose this apartment with laundry facilities as we were staying a few weeks.

Contras: If you’re not used to outside (traffic) night time noise maybe bring earplugs. Didn’t keep us awake but we noticed it when we were up late.

Pros: absolut super Lage: 5 Min zur Metro hoch, in 20 Min ist man mitten in der Stadt 10 Min zum Strand runter in die andere Richtung großer Supermarkt um die Ecke, dazu noch einige kleine Märkte die bis Spätabends geöffnet haben die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig, bequemes Bett und Schlafsofa, genügend Geschirr für 4 Personen vorhanden, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, großer Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler da, alles perfekt. Im Treppenhaus ist auch ein Aufzug.

Contras: Die Duschstange wackelt, eine Türklinke ist lose, die Geschirrspülertüre hakt beim Öffnen. da ist die Frage wie lange das noch gut geht oder bei wem die dann endgültig defekt ist. man möchte natürlich nicht der Nutzer sein bei dem dann etwas kaputt geht.. ansonsten aber alles super.

Pros: отличное местоположение. чистота. в квартире было все необходимое.

Contras: В последний день пребывания отключилось электричество на целый день.

Pros: Está muy cerca de la playa y del metro para moverte por Barcelona

Contras: Tengo problemas con la.claridad al dormir,me gustaría que quedase más oscura la habitación

Pros: Понравилось местоположение (хотя сначала показалось, что слишком далеко от исторического центра города). До метро 5 минут, в метро все легко. До моря тоже близко. Очень много диких зеленых попугаев!))) Быстрая реакция хозяина апартаментов на наши просьбы.

Contras: Я никак не ожидала, что не окажется балкона, не обратила внимания на его отсутствие в описании аппартов. Не сталкивалась с отсутствием балконов в южных городах. Имейте в виду. Удобства и организация на слабоваты. За стенкой пожилой сосед с утра пораньше врубал погромче телевизор. Раскладной диван для третьей персоны скрипучий страшно. Хозяин апартаментов приезжал к нам показывать, как функционирует наш ТВ. А перед отъездом сотрудница Магда совершенно неожиданно вступила с моим мужем в такую жесткую политическую полемику с мощной критикой руководства нашей страны. Я просто не поняла, как и зачем обслуживающий персонал себе такое позволяет с клиентами. Я на отдыхе, а не за дружеским столом, чтобы обсуждать политику в дружеской беседе. В работе нужно соблюдать субординацию.

Pros: The apartment was very well equipped with full kitchen, lounge, dining bathroom and washing machine. There were a few provisions in the kitchen and washing powder, detergent etc which was good. The apartment was well sized and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and the location was quiet so sleeping was easy. Whilst the location was a little out of town it was a safe area for a single traveler which is important.

Contras: I had advised my arrival time (by train from Paris) but the train was 45 minutes late. I phoned the contact on arrival and was chastised for being late! An alternative person was sent to meet me to let me into the apartment and he clearly had other things to do. The introduction to the property was very fast, There were no instructions on how to use the kitchen facilities, the TV (with set top box) or the laundry. I felt like I was an inconvenience, I eventually worked out most of the facilities and realised how simple (and efficient) it would be for a laminated page of instructions, suggestions and 'please don'ts' to be provided for guests - surely this would make things easier and ensure equipment was not misused or broken (I didn't!). I did notice that although the property was clean, there is a need for some maintenance - the dishwasher door is not working properly, the freezer needs defrosting, a day washing walls, cleaning inside kitchen drawers and cupboards, behind the washing machine etc would be good. The location is a little away from the city and from Port Olympic. This was initially a concern but is only a 20 minute easy walk to the city and 10 minutes to Port Olympic.
