Apartamento “Los Faroles”

Pros: Excellent location, within walking distance to all attractions of Seville, 15-20 min walk from the bus station (Plaza de Armas), 5 min from the Setas de Sevilla and next to a very popular restaurant (Los Coloniales) with great wine & tapas where people queue to get in (I have never seen anything like this ;)!). If you want to get a table go there before 8 pm, order a drink and wait for the kitchen to open. Otherwise you might be waiting for a while... The apartment is very spacious with good facilities and all you need on a trip. Great for a short stay.

Contras: It is a bit loud in the evening because of the restaurant next door, but not dramatic either, even for a light sleeper. Just take your ear plugs and you will be fine :).

Pros: Пожалуй, лучшие апартаменты из всех, в которых нам довелось побывать за время нашего отпуска в Испании. Есть максимум для удобства: капсульная кофемашина, микроволновка, утюг, большая гладильная доска, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, два кондиционера. Были необходимые моющие средства: гель для душа, шампунь, средство для посуды и капсулы для посудомоечной машины, но не оказалось стирального порошка. Сами апартаменты очень просторные и уютные, много света, при этом есть возможность. Было довольно тихо - ни соседей, ни звуков с улицы мы не слышали. Отличное расположение. С хозяином переписывались в WhatsApp'e, там же договорились о времени заселения. Обязательно остановимся здесь еще раз, когда будем в этом прекрасном городе!

Contras: Единственное, чего мы не обнаружили это стиральный порошок - в шкафу стояла пустая пачка, пришлось покупать новую (думаю, порошок закончился, а хозяин был про это не в курсе). Платный поздний заезд, если это можно назвать минусом - об этом написано в момент бронирования, будьте внимательны. Сложно найти бесплатную парковку, нам пришлось ставить машину в 15 минутах ходьбы от апартов. Крытая платная парковка есть в паре минут ходьбы.

Pros: La ubicación es muy céntrica a 5 min andando de las "Setas" y 10 min de la Catedral. El apartamento se encuentra en buen estado, muy limpio. Cuenta con utensilios de limpieza y con plancha para la ropa (muy útil para planchar las camisas que se han arrugado durante el viaje). Recomendable.

Contras: Tuvimos que esperar un rato al anfitrión para recoger las llaves. Por lo demás todo correcto.

Pros: Appartamento molto bello e grande, dotato di tutti i comfort, in posizione abbastanza comoda per visitare la città

Pros: The apartment was in great neighborhood. The building was beautiful from the outside, colorful and well maintained. There was an elevator which was excellent for transporting luggage up to our apartment. The kitchen was well appointed. The bedroom was comfortable and was a good size. There was an excellent coffee machine in the apartment kitchen. The wifi was great. The water pressure was strong in the shower. There were great cafes, restaurants & bars nearby. We walked everywhere. Especially fantastic was Yara, our apartment contact. Her service to us was excellent. She communicated with promptly before we arrived in Saville, met us at the apartment building right on time and was so helpful with suggestions to enjoy surrounding bars, restaurants & sights. A delightful lady.

Contras: The apartment was not as clean as any of the other accommodations we stayed in Spain. On the little balcony outside the large loungeroom doors, we found a collection of someone's toenail cuttings( yuk) and in the bathroom there were used cakes of soap with pubic hair embedded in them (a really nasty find). The bathroom shower screen & floor needed a good scrub as there was scum on both surfaces (down at the lower parts on the screen). There was a wall light missing from above the stairs leading from the sleeping area to the lounge/kitchen area. Over this split level section, wires hung from the hole in the wall. Not a good first impression.

Pros: Molto pulito, ben arredato, ampi spazi, silenzioso e zona comoda per visitare Siviglia

Contras: aire acondicionado del salon no funciona.

Pros: Absolutamente todo. Repetiré, sin duda.

Contras: El no poder disfrutarlo más.

Pros: The hospitable owner of the apartments met us at the resort. The apartment is in a quiet location. It is very convenient to get from the apartment to the historical sights of Seville.

Pros: Квартира с Новым ремонтом и оборудованием. Район отличный. Всё очень достойно. Соотношение цена-качество великолепное. Ключи забрали без проблем.
