This lovely Villa set in the quaint village of Portol is equipped for 7 guests has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one with a bath and shower. The exterior is magical a beautuful garden with a big pool & shower surrounded with sunbeds and garden furniture all within a private garden. Outside there is also a shady terrace with a dining area & built in BBQ. Within 5-10 minutes walk you will reach Portol village, supermarkets and restaurants within a stones throw. You can drive 15-20 minutes to some of the best beaches and coves on the island. Portol is a quaint pottery village very well located, 5 minutes from Palma 15 to the Airport and Palma Bay with very easy access and all the services you need close at hand, the area is peaceful and a perfect location for family Summer holidays. Marratxí is the proud area of pottery and keeps this centuries-old tradition alive from generation to generation. Pòrtol is the place where most pottery workshops of the island concentrate. Here, unique pieces are produced by hand. Marratxí, and especially Pòrtol honor the clay like no other place in Mallorca. Their clay fields have been providing the clay for years, with which masters have been producing the pots and terrines for Mallorcan kitchens and unique pieces for generations. In Marratxí, there are still eleven workshops that produce all types of pottery and ceramics. This tradition has existed in Pòrtol since the 17th century, and twenty different workshops were counted in the last century. At present, nine potters are still working in Pòrtol and two in the neighboring town of Sa Cabaneta. In 2006, Asociación de Olleros de Pòrtol was founded. The association is an important player during the celebrations in honor of the Santísima Trinidad, the patron saint of potters, and the Fira del Fang (Clay Fair), which is dedicated to the clay. Contras: Le supplément que j’ai payé parce qu’il y a eu une incompréhension entre l’agence et moi mais je suis arrivée dans le créneau horaire annoncé et personne n’était là ; je n’avais reçu aucun message de sa part.

Pros: The location was amazing! So close to everything (shops, bars, restaurants). I loved the terrace but since it was so cold we couldn't enjoy it too much. The apartment was very comfortable and exactly perfect for a short or long stay.
Contras: The bathroom is tiny! There's not much that can be done about that, so its okay. Just be prepared for very tight shower and toilet.

Pros: The location was the best part of the stay. We had access to anything we could possibly need: bars, restaurants, and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Loved the fact that we had our own apartment but still had hotel-level amenities... Inside Barcelona staff helped us book us a cab to the airport, gave advice on restaurant hot spots, etc!
Contras: The bathroom was TINY you almost had to sit on the toilet sideways but otherwise the apartment was perfect and great for our needs (specifically the great value).

Pros: Pedro und sein Team sind sehr aufmerksam und professionell! Spezialwünsche wie Geburtstagsdeko werden sehr nett ausgeführt (c: Wir kommen seit Jahren nach Barcelona und wählen immer die Midtown Apartments - alles passt, wir kommen wieder!

Pros: Заселение происходит через офис , который находится в квартале от апартаментов. Найти не составляет никакого труда. Работники на столько милые , что любые мелочи и недостатки скрашивает их дружелюбие ) милые Апартаменты с маленьким балкончиком. Не рекомендуется для людей выше 190 см ростом:) высота потолков около 2метров) плюс цена ( у нас была небольшая на наши даты) и расположение. Находится в самом центре в пешей доступности до всего. За эти деньги-очень удачный выбор. Я б порекомендовала Апартаменты , по фото соответствует.
Contras: в чистой посуде стояли бокалы в губной помаде. Я не гордая - помою) ну немного неприятный момент, ты ж вроде после Уборки заселяешься. И очень маленький туалет. Ну прям крошечный) ну пережить в принципе можно) и хотелось бы хоть немного элементарных вещей - соль, масло, сахар. Не очень удобно , когда ты приезжаешь на 3 дня покупать это :) это так пожелание , а не недостаток.

Pros: Localização excelente, funcionários atenciosos, apartamento entregue limpo e muito organizado. Embora seja um bairro badalado, consideramos o apartamento silencioso e agradável, perto de tudo.
Contras: Gostamos muito do apartamento e localização, mas achamos o banheiro muito pequeno e as escadas estreitas demais - pessoas grandes sofrem alí. Embora tenha elevador, não considero boa a acessibilidade.
