Apartamento San Eloy

Pros: It is really quite place

Contras: The household goods were old and dirty and also house was not clean enough.Only the bathroom is renovated and clean. A/C was noisy,not working effectively for heating.

Pros: We completed the small breakfast with things we bought in a local shop not too far from the property. The apartment is very well located for a tourist visit of Seville and overall rather quiet, although we could hear a neighbour's alarm clock in the morning. We didn't have time to enjoy the terrace but the apartment was comfy and well equipped. Be aware that a baby travel cot (provided) takes up most of the space you need to get to one side of the bed. As our baby refused to stay in it the first night, the owner came to take it away and make room.

Contras: Getting there was difficult as the property was in a works zone and impossible to get close to. Hard times in the traffic and one way narrow streets but in the end the owner came to our rescue on his scooter and we followed him to get closer and unload our luggage, which he helped us with, before leading us to his underground parking space we had booked, a few streets away. Unfortunately, the garage door closed on our rental vehicle and marked the paint on the rear bumper... It would have been much easier if we had known to stop at the fine arts museum from the start, instead of trying to get to the actual property address. We were not aware of the works carried out on various surrounding streets. Be aware that if you do drive there, it's a dead end street as it becomes too narrow to drive on past the property.

Pros: Ubicación excelente

Contras: Falta de un ascensor para equipaje y carrito de bebé. Tener instrucciones a mano para el tema del agua caliente.

Pros: Établissements très calme dans un quartier très sympa. Facile à trouver et proche des zones à voir. Hôte très sympathique.

Pros: Great apartment in a quiet alley. The location is perfect, only a short walking distance to all major sights. Our host Jesús was very helpful in advance and during our stay. We can highly recommend Apartamento San Eloy!

Pros: La situation de l appartement....

Contras: Pas de micro ondes ni four...cuisine minuscule..manque de vaisselle...terrasse pas très attrayante sans mobilier hormis quelques chaises bancales et d accès mal aisé...impossible d y prendre un repas...

Pros: Al nostro arrivo il proprietario, Jesus, ci ha indicato dove andare a fare uno spuntino in attesa di incontrarci per darci le chiavi. Dopo averci accompagnati in casa ci ha spiegato cose fondamentali per il nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento è davvero molto confortevole, il materasso assicura sonni ristoratori e la macchina per il primo caffè della mattina, accompagnato da alcuni dolcetti che abbiamo trovato in cucina, è un plus! Un consiglio: se arrivate in auto, lasciatels in un parcheggio nei pressi dell'aeroporto e prendete l'autobus che vi porta a Plaza Nueva, a pochi minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Per visitare Siviglia avete solo bisogno di un buon paio di scarpe…

Contras: Niente!

Pros: Petit appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Très bien situé proche du bus pour l aéroport. On a eu beaucoup d informations. Check in et check out très simples. La terrasse n est pas privée ! Mais il n y a jamais personne et on peut en profiter.

Contras: Rien. Juste cela aurait été pratique d avoir un plateau.

Pros: Para empezar nos gustó mucho el buen trato y la puntualidad del anfitrión, se preocupó en todo momento de todo y que no nos faltara de nada El apartamento estaba limpio, ordenado y además con detalles para el desayuno
