Apartamento Tapioles

Pros: The apartment is small, but the space is efficiently planed and there was enough room for us (2 adults and 2 children, age 5 and 10). There's enough of dishes. WiFi is ok and the apartment us very tidy. All the main attractions are within a walking distance. Metro station is around the corner, but we hardly ever needed it. We could easily walk everywhere.

Contras: Nothing to dislike really. Everything met the expectations. I was concerned about the noise after reading the last review, but the appartment is in a quiet street adjacent to pedestrian street with lots of bars. The noise is coming from that pedestrian street, but it's far and didn't bother us much. Noise insulation is something all Spanish apartments lack. The appartment is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. We didn't encounter much inconvenience because of that, except for carrying our luggage up and downstairs. But it makes the appartment not suitable for families with small babies and prams or for older people.

Pros: מיקום טוב ומרכזי מאוד. הרבה מסעדות טובות באזור. דירה מאובזרת עם מטבח טוב ומכונת כביסה.

Contras: הדירה נמצאת בפינת רחוב עם הרבה מסעדות, מאוד רועש בלילה! אנחנו ישנו עם אטמי אוזניים בחדר שינה ראשי. בחדר שינה של הילדים היה שקט. החלונות לא אטומים בכלל וגם כשסוגרים את החלונות והתריסים עדיין היה מאוד רועש גם בחדר שינה הראשי וגם בסלון. קומה 5 בלי מעלית (ידענו מראש).

Contras: Chybi výtah. 4 patro se zavazadly po schodech moc.

Pros: A localização perto da Av Parallel e da Carrer de Blai com uma movida de bares e restaurantes de tapas! No entanto não aconselho esta zona para famílias com crianças pequenas!

Contras: O apartamento é agradável mas precisa de uma nova pintura e alguma manutenção no WC. Apesar de se situar no 3.º piso é necessário subir cerca de 5 lanços de escadas!

Pros: Lokalizacja. 20 minut piechotą do głównego deptaka . Bliskość przystanków metra i autobusów

Contras: Nieszczelne okna przez , które było słychać w nocy hałasy dobiegające z okolicznych ogródków przy restauracjach (do 3 w nocy). W łazience brak uszczelnienia przy wannie i przy braniu prysznica woda wylewa się z pod wanny. Niedziałający toster. Mały pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami jest nieprzyjemny ( mała klitka z małym okienkiem wychodzącym na część wewnętrzną budynku. Pokój nie nadaje się do spania dla dorosłych osób. Brak windy . Mieszkanie jest na 3 piętrze do którego wchodzi się wąska klatką

Pros: Very clean, great location, great A/C, all new appliances.

Contras: Stairs. One room too small and no place for clothes. Terrible bed sheets.

Pros: Great location. Near metro and lots of tapa bars.

Contras: 5 flights of stairs

Pros: The apartment is very nice and clean. Composed of 2 rooms (one double and one twin), a spacious living room with one sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with jacuzzi. It's located inbetween the metro stops of poble-sec and paral-lel and it's at walking distance from several interesting places of Barcelona. What I appreciated the most: there's AC in every room of the house ! :-) Definitely recommended !

Contras: The apartment is located on the third floor, but basically you go up 6. There is no lift.

Pros: Ero a Barcellona per una fiera. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere la fiera con la metro e anche per le zone turistiche. L'appartamento è ottimo e ben tenuto. Ci sono 4 posti letto. La notte non ci sono rumori che disturbano, quindi si riposa bene. Nei dintorni ci sono negozi e ristoranti. Non è un quartiere lussuoso, ma negli ultimi anni è migliorato tanto ed è molto frequentato per i locali di tapas e finchos.

Contras: L'appartamento si trova al 3° piano senza ascensore e la scala è un po' stretta. Quindi la salita con il bagaglio non è molto agevole.

Pros: Un appartamento completo di tutto il necessario per vivere senza preoccupazioni e con comodità. Cucina completa di tutto e anche di cose non indispensabili, che fanno sempre comodo. Vasca da bagno con doccia spettacolare. Collegata alla TV abbiamo trovato persino la playstation con 2 controller. La zona bellissima, sotto casa svariati di market di alimentari, e a 30 metri una via piena di localini e ristoranti.

Contras: Per pensione un pò avanti con l' età, farsi 4 piani di scale a piedi non è il massimo, ma è proprio un dettaglio insignificante.
