Pros: Belen was very friendly and helpful. The appartment is very modern and new and in a good and quiet area. Shops very close, tapas bar and bus to visit the city center or go to train station. Will book this appartment again if i visit sevilla again 👍

Pros: La anfitriona inmejorable, hizo que nuestra estancia en Sevilla fuera mejor de lo que esperábamos. El apartamento esta super equipado y la verdad que esos detalles cuentan. Además nos ofreció información util y currado sobre Sevilla y la feria. Ojalá todos los anfitriones fueran como ella. Esperamos poder repetir.
Contras: Nada. Todo estuvo perfecto.

Pros: Limpieza e instalaciones de 10. Detalles y amenities como nunca había visto en un apartamento turístico: café, te, fruta, bollería, pan tostado, leche, zumo y mucho más. Trato de la casera inmejorable, con recomendaciones personalizadas y atención durante la estancia. No puede estar mejor.

Pros: Location was very quiet but just a short walk to bars and restaurants, 20 minute walk to centre. Apartment was spotless, owners were very helpful and informative. Everything you could possibly need was in apartment.

Pros: Host was waiting for us on arrival. Communications excellent. Milk, coffee, tea, fruit etc provided. Umbrellas provided came in very useful. Shower gel provided. Excellent bathroom facilities especially the shower. Location on quiet street was great. Allowed us to stay longer on last day due to late plane departure.
Contras: Bed was a little uncomfortable but that could have been our preference. Long life breakfast pastries were not good.

Pros: The apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped. The owner's communications up-front were very clear and in person (Jaime and Belen met us at the apartment) very helpful providing a map, sightseeing tips and restaurants guidance. Belen's favorite restaurant became ours too - we ate there twice ("Eslava") - absolutely brilliant! Belen even left some fresh produce in the fridge for us as well as coffee and croissants - a very pleasant surprise! We cannot recommend this apartment / these owners highly enough! We would not hesitate to book again if we are traveling to Seville.
Contras: Barking by a neighbor's dog! I must stress that this had nothing whatsoever to do with the apartment itself, but was irritating. Thankfully, not too early in the morning!
