This unique property is located in the old town, Barrio Santa Cruz, in Alicante. You will find a wonderful view of the city and it is a quiet area to live in. The property is only 3 minutes walk from the best restaurants and nightlife, and it takes 7 minutes to go down to the beach. Be aware that the apartment is on a hillside, and that you have to walk up some stairs to arrive. Bag or a backpack is therefore recommended rather than suitcases.
The apartment is located at the foot of the Santa Barbara Castle in the Old Town, Santa Cruz. This is one of the most authentic and traditional neighborhoods in the city. The houses here are very colorful and original, and no one looks the same. The district and its narrow streets give the impression of visiting a small town in the center of Alicante. It is a pleasure to walk through the streets here with lots of colors and flowers, although you will need good shoes, because the terrain is varied and there are some stairs that need to be passed.
