Very nice apartment in the center of Playa de Las Americas with sea view, situated in a strategic location 50 meters walk from the most beautiful beaches in the south of Tenerife: Playa Troya and Monkey Beach. The House is located in an elegant building, with two elevators, a cozy and modern Hall with cleaning day, seven days a week. The building is characterized by a large sun terrace with loungers, umbrellas and two large swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. The terrace is completely closed and is an ideal and exclusive place to relax, sunbathe or play with their children in their full and complete peace. The swimming pool water is treated and cleaned every day at seven in the morning to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety every day of the year, summer and winter.
