When we bought our property we had a great apartment choice as it was the last property we viewed (we beleive the sales Co didnt want to show us this one as it was in first phase). We selected our 3rd floor corner location to gain direct views over the Nature Park and teh Mar Menor whilst enjoying early morning balcony sunshine and end of day bedroom balony sunshine (3 balonies). We have very few rules, we just try and treat the apartment as a home from home whilst we're there. We continue to add more & more home comforts as the years go by yet our daytime generally are taken up with coastal flat cycling as far North & as far south as we can get (stopping off on the way to sample local hospitality). There is a great local social life - Ex-Pat & local Spanish community.
Hi, We are Ian & Yasmine Vickers. We have owned the apartment from new as an off-plan purchase in 2003 and taking our first family hioliday in August 2006. As a growing family including 3 kids, the apratment, it's facilities & the loacl area were perfect. Over the years this just got much better as it all became more mature. The local council place so much emphasis on the quality of outdoor beach-front life including Fairs , Facilities, Beach safety & Cleanliness it was the right place for us. we were lucky enough to holiday at least 3 times per year. Now most of the time we are on our own and enjoy Apartment time as much as our cycling / eating & socialising so we have a lot more home comforts than when the children came with us. We hope you find everything as homely and welcoming as we did.
Lo Pagan (LP) & San Pedro Del Pinatar (SPDP) are local districts in easy walking distance of the complex. LP is a beach resort at the head of the Mar Menor with blue flag Playa De Villananitos & Playa La Puntica beaches. SPDP is a small traditional Spanish town with many shops restaurants & main Plaza. Around Murcia on the Costa Calida there are many beaches, golf courses & places of interest. La Manga beach Club, Las Salinas nature reserve & wildlife sanctuary & Las Charcas; the hot water Mud Baths with its world famous 'healing properties'. The local resorts are perfect for any age & ability wether interested in active water / beach sports or easy bathing and relaxing at a typical Spanish pace. The waterfront promenade stretches for miles from LP to the Airport passing numerous marinas proving most popular for daytime & evening strolls taking in its many cafes, bars & restaurants. Sports: Pinatar Arena; a top quality sports facility with all types of sporting activities on offer including classes, day and full memberships. Famous already for it's 6 grade A Soccer Pitches & Grandstand regularly hosting International team Pre-season Training Camps & Friendlies open to all.
