Apartamentos Plaza Cavana 5

Pros: La ubicación es inmejorable. Las instalaciones son nuevas,así como el mobiliario.Aunque da a una plaza muy céntrica, la habitación está muy bien insonorizada .El alojamiento resulta muy tranquilo La limpieza es excelente, incluso las mantas y sabanas huelen súper bien Cuenta con una terraza muy agradable, todo el edificio está muy cuidado

Contras: la calefacción no funcionaba ( el alojamiento fue en diciembre), tras hacérselo saber el segundo día nos proporcionaron una estufa.La televisión tampoco funcionaba, el señor de mantenimiento nos comentó que previa a cada orden que se le diera debía pulsarse un botón, los canales estaban descolorados por lo que ver la tele era una odisea La plancha de la ropa tampoco funcionaba y tenía el botón roto, daba la Impresion que estaba ahí por el hecho de justificar dicho servicio El baño solo tiene las bombillas del espejo del lavabo, las cuales se encienden desde dentro ,por lo que resultan insuficientes y muy incómodas Durante toda la estancia , nadie del establecimiento se perdonó para recibirnos, explicarnos el funcionamiento del establecimiento, tomarnos datos o realizar el check-out.Me pareció un poco despreocupado Nos dejaron una cesta con azúcar, cacao y te, pero no leche ni nada más

Pros: The location was great,very clean had an extra bed in our room for a reasonable price.the roof top terrace and pool was fabulous there was only us up there most of the time

Contras: A little balcony would have been nice but not a deal breaker

Pros: The apartment is perfectly located. It was clean everywhere and with a nice balcony. Recommended.

Pros: Wir haben bewusst ein Studio im Zentrum gewählt und haben den Balkon zum Frühstück und abends oft genutzt und uns von oben das rege Treiben angeschaut. Natürlich muss man wissen, dass es dann auch bis in die Nacht hinein recht laut ist. Vorteil ist, dass man alles zu Fuß gehen kann und eine Menge Restaurants und Tapas Bars in direkter Nähe sind.

Contras: Die Betten waren sehr schmal.

Pros: Breakfast was not included.

Contras: The Pool was Ice cold. It was hard to get into Pool, as there was no Bar to hold onto. We are not teenagers and are getting on, You need something to hold onto as you lower yourself in.

Pros: We stayed here before our wedding. we wanted a self catering apartment to cook our own breakfast in the mornings. The location was perfect. it had everything we needed, fridge, cooker, pots and pans and a microwave. The shower was very good...powerful enough. And i was delighted it had airconditioning. the view was also great. we had a seaview room. We also had an issue where my parents locked themselves out of their room but i was easily able to get onto the host and get another key sorted in about 10 minutes. the room was cleaned every 3 days.

Contras: the double bed was a little on the small side but very comfortable. i slept really well the night before the wedding and all. we had an issue on the first night with the sliding door not locking. i said it to the host and she had it fixed the next day but it happened again during our stay. other than that we had a lovely stay.

Pros: The apartment was in an excellent location right in the centre. It was very clean and the cleaners did a great job every couple of days. Everything you needed was in the apartment and communication with Mgmt was very good.

Contras: The bed is a little small

Pros: gave wrong pin number on booking forms had to ring to get new pin number on arrival.

Contras: the shower in the bathroom very difficult to get in and out of the bath
