Pros: La localización, la decoración y los enseres que se precisan para la estancia

Contras: La climatización de las diferentes estancias, era algo dificultosa

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und haben uns sehr gut über Valencia informiert und uns schon im Vorfeld Restaurantstipps in der Umgebung genannt. Die Wohnung ist luxuriös ausgestattet. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten könnten ergänzt werden, die aber nicht zwingend notwendig sind, bspw. Eierbecher, Weingläser. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, mitten im Zentrum, unweit der Placa Ayuntamiento und der Placa Reina. Von dort aus Verkehrs-verbindung zu allen wichtigen Zielen in der Umgebung, bspw. Strand Malvarossa, Hafen, Albufera etc. Der Blick auf die sehr belebte Placa Redonda am Abend hat uns besonders gefallen, wenn Veranstaltungen oder Musikdarbietungen stattfanden.

Contras: In der Straße gegenüber des Hauseinganges stehen große Müllbehälter, die wohl jede Nacht gegen Morgen geleert wurden, was mit hörbarem Lärm im Zimmer zur Straße verbunden war.

Pros: It is a very nice, large apartment that is very central located. The landlords are extremely friendly and accommodating.

Pros: Logement moderne bien équipée proche attractions touristiques et restaurants. Propriétaires aimables, mais ils manquent d'expérience pour recevoir.

Contras: Odeurs d' égouts, cela provenait de la SDB, les plombiers ont oublié de mettre un siphon pour que les odeurs d'égouts ne remontent pas, du coup on laissait la fenêtre ouverte. Je l'avais déjà remarqué dans 1 commentaire sur booking, mais comme il etait isolé je n'avais pas cru. Odeurs de cuisine de partout, emplacement trop entouré de restaurants, qui cuisinent à toute heure et ouverts jusqu'à très tard, on ne pouvait pas ouvrir les fenêtres cote plaza redonda. bruit incessant le weekend au délà de minuit, il y a peut être une discotheque en bas. En semaine c'était mieux ils commençaient à ranger à 23h00, pour finir vers minuit.

Pros: Newly renovated, spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. Really convenient, right in the centre of the old city, just 3 minutes walk to the Central Market. Hosts Pancho and Veronica are also excellent, helping us to get settled, provided extras for our children and gave us recommendations of things to do and places to eat around the city. Would definitely stay again.

Contras: The only pitfall of being so central in the city is the noise from the plaza below on Friday and Saturday nights. Everything dies down by 12 or 1am and was not excessive but definitely noticeable. Other nights things quieten down much earlier. A suggestion for improvement; whilst the kitchen has the essentials, it would benefit from a few more utensils, bowls and basic cooking condiments.

Pros: Zeer goede en originele locatie.

Contras: Geen 3de toilet apart ondanks veel ruimte. Extra spiegels zouden fijn zijn.

Pros: Perfect location in the center, very clean appartmant,owner was very helpful and recommended everything what I needed,very close to Mercado Central to buy fruits,fresh and some breakfast in the morning

Pros: The situation, the equipment, the welcome, everything was neat

Contras: Noisy, due to the restaurents and shops right underneath the apartment Some issues with bad canalization smelling in the bathrooms
