The lodging place is a wonderful and cosy Apartment situated at only 30 meters away from one of the most beautiful City Beaches in the World: "Las Canteras Beach". A place surrounded by a great number of delicious and different Restaurants and Night Life Entertainment interesting places. It is also close to the downtown Business Commercial Center where you can run into worldwide known stores and marks, such as: El Corte Ingles/ The Body Shop/ Sara/Stradivarious/ Clarks/ RKS/ Intimissimi-Italian Lingerie/ Corte Fiel/ Sisley/ Punto Roma, etc., etc. --- This is only One big Shopping Center. There are a number of others in the downtown areas and outside too. - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria City is a very Cosmopolitan City where you can find almost everything and run into almost anybody from different parts of the World. In essence, just Google "Las Palmas de Gran Canaria City" and surrounding areas, or just "Gran Canary Island" and you will find incredible places to visit down by the Southern part of the Island, as well as going up to the its beautiful Mountains, etc., etc. - It has also a variety of cultural activities: Movies, Shows, Musicals, Opera, etc., etc.
Educated in the USA, I am a University Sociology and Political Science Professor. Trilingual and very much interested in both, Rural and Urban Tourism. Spain, in general, and the Canary Island Region in particular, are great and world-wide known country and Regions - 17 of them - where Tourism is one of their main Economic Activities. - I am also a musician. Up until last September 17, 2020, I was the owner of two Rural homes in the Municipality of Tejeda, Gran Canaria: (1) Casita Roque Nublo and (2) Casita Bentayga. Loved having had the great opportunity to have lodged in those two beautiful Rural Homes a great number of dear tourists coming from all over Europe. Sold those two Casitas and bought this beautiful Flat I am so happy about it for I am sure I am going to be as fortunate to meet new Tourists from all over Europe again, interested in coming to enjoy this beautiful and very Cosmopolitan City a Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is. And, of course, I am sure most of the tourists who enjoy Las Palmas City will enjoy a lot also to rent a car and take a trip around the entire Island, enjoying every single place they will run into. The food around here is incredibly good too.
The area where the Apartment is located is incredibly both interesting and most enjoyable. As I have already mentioned it above, plenty of day and night life around: All kinds of restaurants; great places tu visit; most enjoyable night life, etc., etc. --
