Pros: Bar down stairs. Not much else really

Contras: The beds were tiny, the electricity went off and we were expected to sort out. No complementary tea or coffee and nothing to tell you that on the booking. The wardrobe was broken on arrival..no information on WiFi codeNot good value for money

Pros: Хорошая квартира с хорошей кухней. Новый ремонт в стиле лофт. Отличная шумоизоляция (с улицы шума вообще не слышно). Отличная система вентиляции и кондиционирования - работает очень тихо. Хорошая ванная комната, большая кухня-гостиная и две спальни. Есть вся необходимая посуда и столовые приборы. Наличие посудомойки. Отличный телевизор на который можно транслировать видео.

Contras: С заселение возникли проблемы. Почему-то общался с тремя разными людьми, которым приходилось каждый раз заново объяснять во-сколько мы приедем. В результате мы сидели ждали заселения порядка 30 минут и опять же приехал совершенно другой человек, который совершенно не знал как с нами связаться. За заселение в выходной день списали дополнительно 30 евро (сейчас разбираюсь с букингом). Владелец напрямую не отвечает, за него переписку ведет управляющая компания. При заселении дали набор принадлежностей для кухни, который включал в себя почему-то одну капсулу для посудомоечной машины (т.е. если нужно больше, то иди и сам покупай). На кухне нет подсолнечного масла - мелочь, а не приятно, что для 3х дней прибывания приходится покупать целую бутылку. Плохой тостер. Пароль от wi-fi не подходит. Роутер находится за диваном, на нем можно посмотреть название сети по умолчанию и пароль, который подходит. Слабая проводка - два раза вышибало пробки и свет гас во всей квартире. Приходилось искать щиток и включать свет. Щиток находится на балконе который выходит во внутренний двор. Нет освежителя воздуха. Плохой холодильник - не закрывалась морозилка и продукты превращались в лед (пришлось его разок разморозить). Вид из окна - никакой.

Contras: El ascensor super pequeño. La llave de luz saltaba siempre mienttas o despues de usar ducha. Si bien tiene metro cerca no es una super ubicacion para el precio que cobran. Cuando llame para que me explicaran; ademas de!que tuve que llamar varias veces cuando me contestaron me trataron bastante mal.

Pros: The location of the apartment is great. There are lot of restaurants and markets around, and the metro station is very close. You can reach most of the Barcelona landmarks by walk.

Contras: The mattress on the beds are too uncomfortable, all four of us could not sleep on them. Marco, the guy who welcomed us was nice and kind in person, but the next day apartment went out of electricity. We tried to reach Marco via WhatsApp no response from him, luckily we know something about and we reset the main switch. Next day he saw the message, but again no response from him. So if you plan to visit this apartment ask everything you need to know while the welcome agent is there and learn something about electricity if you don't want to stay in dark. There is no way to reach them after.

Pros: L'appartement était très bien équipé Situé juste à côté du métro, du parking , des commerces

Contras: L'électricité se coupe tout le temps à cause de la clim

Pros: Great location by the Poble Sec metro and Plaça de las Navas - made better by the local celebration! Strong WiFi Quaint old building Close to supermarket, restaurants and cafes

Contras: The power cut out when too many items were running - simple to restore (I’m an engineer) but host should note this to guests.

Pros: The place was easy to connect via metro. Decent grocery store nearby and a lot of good restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

Contras: The person who met us and brought key was not speaking English. Luckily there was another host who answered the questions via WhatsApp. We only got one key for two couples. Apartment had all dishes and cutlery needed, but things like soap, shower gel, shampoo or dish washing liquid were limited (basically, for one couple for 1 night, although we stayed for 4). Luckily we brought ours. Kitchen had no basic spices (salt+pepper), oil for cooking, coffee or tea - first time in my long travel history we had to buy eveything ourselves. Naturally, unexpected, uncomfortable and costly. Hot water was not available (although we managed to overcome this issue by being very crafty).

Pros: Excelente el departamento , muy limpio, también sus toallas y sabanas . Muy cómodo y muy silencioso pero ante una queja no atienden el tel

Contras: Para entregarnos las llaves nos tuvieron esperando en la calle, 40 min a pesar de haber hablado con Carlos en dos oportunidades para el encuentro . El wifi no anduvo nunca . Nos dieron 3 claves que no funcionaron .

Contras: No one there. We gave our arrival time about 3 times and still no one. A neighbour rang for us and we waited another 30 minutes and when he arrived he could not speak English. The wifi code given was incorrect and this was on a typed sheet. Not even the same server. Very poor.
