Pros: Super emplacement, avec un balcon. Très bien pour le prix. Hôte très gentille.

Pros: It was in the centre. Metro was everywhere. The place was clean. All essentials were provided. Host was polite, she didn’t speak english but was able to communicate. Good stay!

Pros: The apartment has good enough connections to the metro and city transportation system, has facilities so that you can accommodate the life of a small home. The host is very pleasant and helpful.

Contras: You can sweat a lot especially in the bath where there is no proper ventilation. There is a lot of street and neighbors noise, i thought we were unlucky that maybe there is some construction upstairs, but as i read the reviews, that is the general atmosphere - so if you plan to sleep outside the night hours or late mornings can be difficult.

Pros: La amabilidad, atención,asesoría y disponibilidad del anfitrión. Atenta al minimo detalles.

Contras: Para lo que ofrecen... llena todas las expectativas.

Pros: The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, and there are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. At least two metro stations are also situated quite nearby. The owner of the apartment was very kind and helpful. Somehow we managed to communicate sufficiently, although we did not have a common language.

Contras: En relación con precio, no tiene sentido ni proporción que se cobre un valor adicional "POR SI ACASO" de 30 euros, son los 30 euros más fácilmente perdidos y el adicional de 35 euros por aseo... TAMPOCO ES LÓGICO. DEBEN SEÑALAR UNA TARIFA FIJA. Al final la noche me ha salido a 102 euros sin desayuno, precio con el que se selecciona fácilmente otro lugar de mejores condiciones. Me he sentido algo timado. Sin TV por cable y la ducha muy incomoda. El olor, se nota que han fumado y eso es fatal para quienes no lo hacemos y más si se ofrece como PARA NO FUMADORES.

Pros: Location is very nice, just few min to sagrada familia. Lady speaks only Spanish, but extremely helpful and nice. Hair dryer overheated during my stay, she brought a new one the same day.

Contras: Hot water finishes pretty fast when you are showering and the wet stays in the bathroom because of pour ventilation, but it is not big problem if you keep bathroom door open. Not recommended for loud people, because of the families living in the building you should be calm on resting hours.

Pros: Wir waren Selbstversorger. Die Lage (10 min zu Fuß von der Sagrada Familia) war super. Ein nettes Viertel mit vielen Lokalen, Cafés etc. und angenehmer Atmosphäre. Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Der Metro-Bahnhof El Clot ist schnell erreicht (5 Minuten zu Fuß).

Contras: Die Wohnung war dunkel und ungemütlich. Nur 1 Fenster (das sich über eine Trennwand über Küche und ein Schlafzimmer verteilte.) Das kleine Schlafzimmer hatte kein Fenster und war somit elend belüftet. Das Wohn/Esszimmer war dunkel und ungemütlich. Im Bad ging automatisch mit dem Licht eine sehr laute Lüftung an (da ja kein Fenster). Das war störend. Sehr kleine Küche, aber mit einigermaßen vernünftiger Ausstattung. Schön wäre ein kleiner Balkon gewesen.
