Jardines de Montemar is a wonderful complex located on Benissa Costa, just 2km from Moraira. The apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms, master with kingsize bed and ensuite, second bedroom with 2 single beds and third bedroom with double bed which share another bathroom. The third bedroom is located up a small internal staircase and also benefits from a small private terrace. The apartment is equipped with WIFI and European TV and all modern amenities. Situated on the fist floor, the apartment is accessed via a small staircase. The apartment has a large open terrace enjoys views of the communal swimming pool. Jardines de Montemar is a complex of 65 apartments that all share 3 communal pools, 2 external and one internal heated pool. There is also a small gym and massage room. This is a private gated community which provides peace of mind for all it's residents. This apartment is also suitable for longer lets through the winter months.
