Apartment Joanna 1206 is a Studio apartment situated on the 12th floor providing spectacular sea and beach views and incredibly beautiful sunsets. It is perfectly situated with supermarket , bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also beaches and pleasant walks. It's a reasonably quiet area and suitable for older and retired couples who want a friendly yet not hectic nightlife area. Having said that Las Americas is a short bus or taxi ride away if required where livelier nightclubs and entertainment can be found. Both Taxi rank and bus stop are conveniently situated just outside the main entrance to Paraiso del Sur. We have visitors returning to our village year after. A favourite place for many.😁

Cooking facilities are provided for your convenience but if you're coming for a break from cooking, then there are a few assorted restaurants including Spanish, English,Italian, and Indian. Assorted bars including a British Sports Bar The Brittania and a British Pub,The Eldon Pub serving typically British roast lunch etc.right below on the complex where you will soon make new friends.The local beach is within a short walking distance. There are excursion offices close by where you can book your day trips to Mount Teide, water sports and boat trips. There is a new shopping centre The Rosa Centre a short walk away where there are more coffee bars, nice clothes shops and a large supermarket which sells fresh seafood and good selection of fruit and vegetables. Callao Salvaje is a neighbouring village which can be accessed by a twenty minute seaside walk or through the banana plantation in a five minute taxi ride to another lovely beach and more eating places.
