Apartment Laberint

Pros: Самое удобное в квартире - ее расположение: и до пляжа 6-7 минут через небольшой парк вдоль пляжа. И до метро 7 минут и потом до центра 4 остановки до центра на метро. Нас засели на час раньше времени заселения - спасибо.

Contras: Квартира со старым ремонтом, было грязновато, много пыли, везде видны белые разводы от моющего средства (на столе, стульях, всех бытовой технике). Вытяжка со слоем пыли - рисовать можно было, под диванами и мебелью - пыль неубранная. На плите работала 1 конфорка - написала хозяину и выслала фото, но ничего не изменилось. К барному столу низкие барные стулья - сидеть за ним нельзя нормально. Мы были с 2 мя детьми, у нас на 4 ых оказалось застеленной бельем только кровать в спальне. Для 2 х детей положили 1 набор белья. Написала хозяину, что нужен еще один набор, но нам так ничего и не привезли (хотя пообещали), хорошо что в шкафу нашли какое то чистое белье. Шкаф для вещей только в спальне и тот был заполнен) Для 4 х квартира тесна и неудобна. Как работает кондиционирование не знаю - жары в начале октября не было. На наш взгляд цена и качество не соответствуют друг другу.

Contras: トイレットペーパーが少ない キッチン、お皿など最低限以下 洗濯機使いかた説明なし

Pros: 部屋が広くて快適。バルコニーがあるので開放感がある。

Pros: ottima posizione, servita da mezzi, vicina alla spiaggia, in un quartiere molto vivo (Pablenou)

Contras: Poca trasparenza nel rispondere alle ripetute richieste di chiarimento in merito al pagamento effettuato, che risultava maggiorato rispetto a quello pattuito con Booking.com. Appartamento poco curato; appena entrati in casa abbiamo trovato il wc sporco ed alcuni piccoli insetti. Mancava la copertura del soffitto in alcune parti della casa con tubi di areazione a vista.

Pros: De locatie.

Contras: Het feit dat het appartement nog niet was schoongemaakt toen wij arriveerden. Wij moesten ongeveer anderhalfuur het appartement verlaten zodat het kon worden schoongemaakt.

Pros: The proximity to the sea

Contras: Manager support. Upon arrival, the man requested an additional EUR 30 for making us an apartment on Saturday. There were no such conditions on Booking.com. Our suggestion that we have to explain this to the owner and that there were no such conditions on the booking.com site, the manager replied that we could not take the apartment and we could find another place. Let me remind you that I came with my whole family, we were after a long journey and booked an apartment over half a year earlier. In addition, there was no hot water for the first day - the boiler or something did not work. We could not even wash after the trip. Hot water was started the next day. In addition, we got three pillows and two bed sheets for four people. A very happy apartment :) I definitely do not recommend.
