Apartment Olivar

Pros: Huge king size bed, fully stocked kitchen, and a bottle of wine on arrival! Gracious and friendly hosts who always treated me as a respected guest. I can't wait to come back! do not hesitate to book this place as it is one of the best apartments I've ever rented on Booking.com. Many thanks for a totally faultless stay!

Contras: 10 out of 10! An absolute gem of an apartment in the fantastic vibrant neighborhood of Lavapies. 3 mins walk from the metro and a 24-hour supermarket. Perfect location in a charming building.

Pros: Die Gastgeber haben sich um alles perfekt gekümmert, und es war wie wohnen bei Freunden! Die Wohnung ist super toll eingerichtet und hat einen sehr schönen ruhigen Patio. Super gelegen für den Besuch der Altstadt.

Pros: Excellent communication with both the owners and the lovely housekeeper Marina!

Pros: 房东很热情，入住前就多次发邮件沟通入住时间等问题，房子很温馨，就像住家一样，设施齐全，厨房用品非常全，可以自己做饭。房东还给我们联系了送机的司机，民宿位于太阳门附近的小区里，闹中取静，离中心也很近，可以走路到达，附近也有地铁口，出行方便，整体满意！

Pros: El patio interior añade calidad al alojamiento. El apartamento está muy bien distribuido y la cama es confortable. No se oye ningún ruido del exterior.

Pros: Apartment Olivar is a little gem. It's like staying in someone's home, it is so comfortable and well-supplied with just about anything one could want. As well as all essential equipment, the kitchen is stocked with a wide range of cooking supplies and there are copious supplies of bathroom essentials and laundry detergent, fabric softener etc. There was a bottle of lovely Spanish wine in the fridge and fresh muffins as well. It looks out over a pretty, vine-covered courtyard and is very quiet at night. The owners, Martin and Rodrigo, were extremely helpful and informative and Rodrigo's Aunt Marina (who met us) was delightful. If you want a place to stay in central Madrid which is quirky and extremely comfortable, choose Apartment Olivar! (The 24-hour Carrefour supermarket down the street is a great plus too).

Contras: We liked everything! However, if you're looking for a spacious apartment, this probably isn't for you. It is small, although that didn't worry us at all. The area is within walking distance of central Madrid which is great, but it is a little grungy. We found it interesting and didn't feel unsafe, but it certainly isn't an upmarket area.

Pros: The location could not have been better. It is in a vibrant area and close to many attractions. It is very quiet and has a lovely outdoor area where you can eating and drinking. The host, Martin, is amazing. He was always had very good advice on what to see and do and where to eat and shop!

Pros: 住宿環境很溫馨，離地鐵、公車站、家樂福都很近，真的可以融入西班牙的生活，房東很熱情，會主動關心了解時間安排，會提供很多旅遊資訊(雖然我們都已經安排好沒有用到)
