Spacious one bedroomed apartment on the 2nd floor. The living room kitchen and bedroom all have an ocean view. It has an outdoor parking space secured by electric gates. The neighbourhood is small and quiet. It is just on a motorway junction that looks like an Oasis almost half way between north and south. There are two restaurants a petrol station and a mini casino within walking distance. There are also a further two local restaurants about a ten minute walk away. The views from the balcony are amazing and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks is out of this world. The motorway is a one minute drive away so it is ideally located for exploring the island. Going north Santa Cruz is about a 25 minutes drive and going south Los Cristianos is also about the same. If you are looking for tranquillity you have it if you are looking for excitement its round the corner. If you like mountain stuff (para gliding etc), hiking, water sports or just walking you have it here. As it is a self contained apartment you have access to all of it. You can access the building from the roof going two flights of stairs down or from the private car park going two flights of stairs up
We live about ten minutes away and are very accessible as a result. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or requests we are here to please. Please also note that check in and checkout times can be flexible and is usually dependent on other guests leaving and new ones arriving so if you have any special time requests please check with us and we will try and accommodate you. Due to the Covid19 situation a mask must be worn during check-in. Having a car is probably a very good idea though not absolutely essential. There is no lift in the building. The stairs and the corridor are very wide and spacious so keeping distancing with regard to Covid 19 is easy. The washing machine, boiler, and fridge freezer are brand new.
It is a reasonably quiet area with a local agricultural market ( 2minutes walk) on Saturdays and Sunday where local produce are available. There are another two proper local restaurants about a fifteen minutes walk away in addition to the two restaurants that are about a three minute walk away. There are three big supermarkets 8 minutes drive away. The beach is usually fairly quiet and during weekdays one might claim it to be a private beach?? The building complex did have a large swimming pool but this now a wreck and is not used. There are plans to make the area recreational and pretty in the future.
