Pros: The location is in a quiet street in a lovely neighbourhood.
Contras: 1. The appartment on arrival was in a terrible state, not cleaned and smelt of cigarette smoke 2. The shower became blocked and water flooded over. On phoning to get someone to come round, we were rudely told that if there was not a problem we would be charged 25 euros. 3. The WiFi had problems continuously 4. This feels like a big company who has no desire to attend to the personal needs of the client.

Pros: Love the balcony and the big space. Clean sheets and towels. Very nice location. Kitchen is equipped. Very accommodating and friendly staff.
Contras: The main bed seems to be too small. The aircon doesn’t reach the bed area that much and that makes it kinda warm in the summer. There wasn’t any toiletries except for tissue.

Contras: В квартире не чисто при заезде, первые 2 дня не было горячей воды, после звонков управляющей фирме починили. Кровать очень не удобная. Рядом проходили ремонтные работы, очень шумно. Был очень удивлен такому качеству так как стоимость не маленькая.

Pros: Апартаменты соответствовали нашим ожиданиям. Хорошее месторасположение.
Contras: Очень холодно в помещении. Проблемы со сливом в душевой. Сильно ограниченное количество горячей воды, приходилось принимать душ с длительным ожиданием нагревания воды (не менее часа).
