Pros: This was perfect stay. We arrived about 23h30, the owner had waited for us for check in without any extra fee. Apartment was cleaning, comfortable. This was the best I never have been by booking.com. Metro is closed. Food Shop is closed. If I will be back to Barcelona, this will the apartment I prefer.

Pros: The accommodation is not in the center but the transport is very good. There are two main metro lines within 5 minutes, the red L1 metro to Placa Catalunya (La Rambla) 8 stops, 25 minutes, the blue line, L5 metro to Sagrada Familia 4 stops, about 15 minutes. Take the 191 bus to Güell Park to Alfons stop, then the free bus (if you have a pre-booked Güell Park ticket)The accommodation is in a comfortable, quiet house with an elevator, although the apartment is on the first floor. The layout of the apartment is a bit strange, with lots of corridors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with toilet and sink, the other with toilet, bidet, sink and bath. The host lady, Valentina, is very kind, although we only met for a few minutes at check-in. Check in was quick, we didn't get much information about the area, though we didn't really ask because we were terribly tired. However, she suggested an excellent restaurant, it was very cool.
Contras: I recommend replacing the carpets in the kitchen and in the living room. In the kitchen, the carpet is slippery and can cause accidents, and in the room the carpet is of poor cleanliness.

Pros: El apartamento es amplio y con 2 baños.
Contras: La entrega de llaves ya que tuve que esperar un rato después de un viaje muy cansado y el garaje que no era en el mismo edificio.

Pros: Valentine and the gentleman who was cleaning was very helpful. The 3 room where nice for the3 of us. Walking distance to train store and cafes. Highly recommend!
Contras: Maybe hand soap in other bathroom.
