The apartment is located in the Old town, in a pedestrian, narrow and winding street, one of the more typical, visited and photographed in Seville and surrounded by old palaces. Located on second floor in a middle last century building, in a small community. The apartment is quiet and lightly. Has been recently full renovated using best qualities. No lift. Next Menendez Pelayo Av. with circular bus and other lines. About 12/15 min. from the railway station "Santa Justa" and a short distance from the bus-stop terminal from/to the airport. A bike-line also connects with all sectors and best interested areas or places of the city. It includes a living room with kitchen with all appliances: Large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, smart TV, (Netflix available), heater, air conditioned, etc. Two bedrooms and bathroom, suitable to accommodate up to four people. The major airlines such as Iberia, Air France and Low Cost airlines, as Spanair, AirBelin, RyanAir, Vueling.., have regular flights to our city from many European cities. Highways and high speed railways, connect with all Spanish cities, specially with Madrid and Barcelona.
We are Tina and Victor, a marriage non - smoking, big travelers, cordial, wise and loving and make friends all over the world. We have been teachers at different educational levels in Public Schools in several Spanish provinces, but mainly in Seville, where we usually reside. We are recently retired, so we can check-in visitors at any time. We'll provide lots of information at your arrival. All our guests have praised their comments and reviews our kindness, help and assistance we have provided to all of them during their stay. We are Tina and Victor two retires teacher leaving in Seville. We have a daughter, Diana, writer and teacher, and Victor Jr., physics doctor, teacher at the University and researcher. Just located in the old Jewish neighborhood and near the well known place called: 'Meat Gate' or 'Puerta de la Carne', where there're lots of shops, bars, restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets, banks, ATM, hairdressing saloon, pizza parlows and all kind services nearby. One of the most important place in the city. . Next to the well known and famous flamenco bar and Cultural Center "La Carboneria", that offers nightly dance and flamenco shows for free. The most important historic sites: Cathedral, Alcazar, Plaza de España, Barrio de Santa Cruz Casa de Pilatos. etc., are around the corner. Railway station and bus station are at 10 minutes walking far. Pros: The apartment had everything we needed. Very well equipped The location was within walking distance to all the main sites. Tina and Victor were lovely hosts and very helpful and pleasant during our visit. Seville is a beautiful place to visit and stay.

Pros: everything. the apartment was clean and fun. they even have smart tv with Netflix. Tina gave us a lot of recommendations where to eat and go. Viktor was also very nice and fun. location is good as well. we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Pros: Apartament położony jest w świetnej lokalizacji, wszystkie atrakcje miasta są w zasięgu ręki, a niektóre wręcz pod nosem :) Z dworca autobusowego można dojść spokojnie w 15 minut, 10 minut do Dia i Carrefoura, taksówki w okolicy spotkać można zawsze. Tina i Victor są bardzo pomocni i uprzejmi, bardzo dobry kontakt w czasie całego pobytu! Informacji turystycznych znajdujących się w apartamencie jest więcej niż posiada nie jedno biuro turystyczne :) Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba do poczucia się jak w domu. Klimatyzacja chodzi dobrze, chociaż szkoda że tylko na salon z kuchnią, w pozostałych pokojach są wiatraki sufitowe. Kuchnia z zmywarką, piekarnikiem, ekspresem do kawy i tosterem. W łazience suszarka do włosów, pralka, ręczniki. Internet chodzi super, w tv spory wybór kanałów. Okolica jest miła, mieszkanie znajduje się w wąskiej uliczce bez ruchu samochodowego, nie jest też wystawione na nagrzewanie się przez słońce, co jest tutaj dużym plusem. Czystość w porządku, wyposażenie trochę staroświeckie ale wszystko ładnie pasuje do siebie.
Contras: Drobnostki nie wpływające na komfort wypoczynku: Brak widoku z okna, okna wychodzą na wewnętrzny dziedziniec, ale dzięki temu mieszkanie się nie nagrzewa, a i tak w pomieszczeniach jest jasno. Bojler na wodę zaprogramowany jest na grzanie w nocy, po południu może nie być ciepłej wody. 2 piętro i dość wąskie schody, przy dużej ilości bagażu warto iść na dwa razy :)
