It is situated 5 mins walk from the beach where there are many bars and restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Santiago is a busy resort not only in summer but still has a lot going on in the winter months. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by and the mar menor is calm and safe for children to swim. Lo Pagan which is famous for its mud baths is 15 mins walk. Public transport is reliable and taxis readily available. The Mediterranean is only 10 mins drive away and the large city Cartagena is 30 mins drive
