The appartment lays only 200m inland. Far enough from the more busy boulevard, but close enough to be part of the vibrand Xàbia / Arenal life on and around the beach. Arenal beach is an excellent beach for children and water sporters. The restaurants aligning the boulevard are of medium to better quality. Once inland there is a very nice mountainous region, making this a particular good region for cycling and hiking. Nearly all facilities are only 2 à 3 minutes away on foot (grocery shop, pharmacy, doctor, beach, restaurants, tennis club)
