The cave apartment is characterized by its isotherm and offers stunning views of Barranco Grande, the most spectacular geographical feature of the island and the colossal rocky monoliths Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. This area was declared Biosphere Reserve in 2005 and is part of the 2019 Tentative list for inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
