The property is on 3 floors on the ground floor is a large living room complete with large LCD TV , Settee , Dining area leading out to a large Patio area with rattan furniture the pool is just 10 meters away just for the use of Atalayas house guests , Also on the ground floor is a modern kitchen with all facilities including , dish washer there is also a washing machine also on the ground floor is a WC , Leading to the 2nd floor this has a double room with en -suite and two twin rooms with a large shared bathroom , one of the rooms also leads to a patio with sun beds overlooking the pool area , All the rooms come with AC . On the top floor we have another twin room with AC and this then leads onto the roof top solarium with stunning views out to The golf courses , Mountains , and the sea .
Within two minutes walk there are a selection of restaurants an ice cream shop and a fantastic children's play area including zip wire , There is also a large pool which also provides free sun beds . Just a five minute drive or a 20 minute walk you are able to access a good selection of shops , supermarkets , Bars & Restaurants all on the La Manga resort there is also a Post Office , Bank , Pharmacy and a petrol garage . La Manga is famous for its great sporting facilities and has 3 Championship golf courses , a tennis centre , Football centre , Diving centre and much more .
