Ático con terraza. Céntrico y luminoso

Pros: Appartement idéalement situé dans le quartier Alameda de Hercules, très vivant, tout en étant au calme. Échanges sympathiques avec Pablo, hôte disponible pleins de bons conseils pour découvrir Séville. L'appartement est confortable, bien équipé et la décoration personnelle donne beaucoup de charme au lieu. Terrasse très agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner. On reviendra !

Pros: Die Lage ist super und die Dachterrasse das Tüpfelchen auf dem I. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich wie daheim.

Pros: A decoração do apartamento é única, só por isso já vale a pena. O terraço é maravilhoso, para tomar o pequeno-almoço ou estar lá à noite, com um ambiente tranquilo. A localização é ótima, perto da Alameda de Hércules, e tem muitos cafés e restaurantes à volta com um ambiente giríssimo. Pablo deixou-nos recomendações muito úteis sobre locais para comer ou beber um copo. Recomendo muito este apartamento e a voltar a Sevilha não escolho outro!

Contras: Estaba cerca de los mejores lugares históricos y hay muchos bares. El anfitrión estuvo en cada momento que lo necesitamos

Pros: Everything. The apartment is a mix of eclectic style and modern practicality. The huge fridge was a godsend in the July heat. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying a meal cooked by ourselves on the other side of the world from our native Australia. Friendly cosmopolitan, alternative area.

Pros: The apartment is just fantastic, very clean and very easy to use. It comes with any possible item you might need during your stay, from washing machines and kitchen utensils to shopping bags and hats to protect you from the sun. It is exceptionally well conceived. The location is very nice, on a buzzing, authentic Sevillan neighbourhood. Despite that, the apartment is surprisingly quiet. The view from the terrace is just spectacular, especially at night, when the Sevillan heat goes down — definitely recommended.

Contras: Just a minor thing: the building is safe, but I would have appreciated a stronger front door lock nonetheless. The current one is the of the American type, which is very easy to break in.

Pros: Great location and view, well equipped. If you want, you can do serious cooking here and you can definitely make yourself a cup of coffee.

Contras: It’s not an apartment with one bedroom, it’s a studio where the main bed is semi separated with a cupboard. No problem if you’re staying alone or with partner, but if staying with someone you are alright sharing an apartment but not alright sharing a bedroom, it’s a bit less comfortable.
