The attic is situated in the heart of La Latina district, in Toledo street. from the terrace you can enjoy the best beautiful sightseen of Madrid and surroundings, and due to the height you´ll see the countryside near the city. Around the house there are a lot of shops, pubs, supermarkets, parkings (just below), medical centers, and of course, public transport: 5 line buses, underground, trains, and the highspeed train station is only 15 minutes away from the attic. Subway (Puerta de Toledo or Latina) or train (Pirámides) from the airport stops close by – it takes about 45 min and a 5 min for walk to the apartment. If you bring a car: There is a parking in the own building.
