Each apartment contains a separate bedroom with a comfortable double-bed, a stylish bathroom en suite, complete kitchen with facilities to prepare your own meals or cold drinks, lounge with a table for 3/4 people, double sofa-bed, TV with satellite, air condition and free wireless internet access. All apartments except ground floor have a small private balcony with view of the sea. Elevator available. Pros: Location is excellent. The flat is basic but everything is there, including a nespresso coffee machine. Excellent shower. Easy arrival and departure procedure, with access codes rather than key pick-up. Very close to Barceloneta beach (200 meter), so even if you don't have time, it takes only 30 seconds to feel the sea breeze and enjoy the sea view.
Contras: Noise isolation from the street is rather poor, especially on the first floor, where I was.

Contras: Weinig glazen, bv maar 1 cava glas.

Pros: Vor allem ist die Lage perfekt - Ich war jeden Morgen bei Sonnenaufgang am Strand laufen und nachher schwimmen (Wassertemperatur Anfang November geschätzt immer noch 20 Grad)! Im Appartment hat uns Albiol zum vereinbarten Anreisezeitpunkt fast pünktlich empfangen und auch gleich sehr ausführlich über Wissenswertes für unseren Aufenthalt aufgeklärt. Unser Gepäck konnten wir sehr unkompliziert am Anreisetag früher und am Abreisetag länger im Quartier lassen.
