Pros: The apartment was great and the taxi driver who took us from the airport to the accommodation helped us with the keys. We couldn't locate them so he called the office and spoke to someone who advised him what to do.

Contras: I was over charged by around £213. I have have had part of my refund back but have sent numerous emails to ask for the remainder but have had no reply. I have even contacted booking.com direct who have spoken with the accommodation but I am still owed money back from them. They will not respond to me now.

Pros: El departamento es espectacular, súper cómoda y bien equipado. La ubicación no es turística pero podés acceder a todos lados por tener los medios de transporte cerca. Te hacen ir a buscar las lleves a su oficina o sino te cobran una fortuna por enviarte un taxi a recogerte y llevarte las llaves. Tampoco nadie te recibe en el apartamento y te hacen lavar la vajilla antes de irte, No son buenos anfitriones.

Contras: La incomodidad de que nadie te espere en el apartamento y tener que gestionar la entrega de las llaves lejos del mismo.

Pros: Compartimentarea apartamentului, canapeaua a fost confortabila si pentru dormit.

Contras: Amplasarea, a trebuit sa schimbat 3mijloace de transport pana la locatie.

Contras: El sofá cama estaba roto, no se pudo armar; una de las camas individuales tenía una pata quebrada. Para solucionar el problema del sofá instalaron un colchón inflable en el living/comedor/cocina q ocupaba todo el espacio impidiendo su uso. No se hicieron cargo de solucionar los problemas, es más, en un principio intentaron hacernos responsables del funcionamiento del sofá cama. Lo mínimo q esperaría por los inconvenientes ocasionados (un pasajero tuvo q dormir toda la estadía en un colchón en el suelo) es una compensación económica. Tengo fotos q comprueban todos los desperfectos señalados.

Pros: La comodidad

Pros: Apartment is located very close to the city center, you can come with public transports in 5 min till la Rambla. Apartment has everything you need and the agency organized everything very well (the taxi driver waited for us in airport and gave us the keys). I would reccomend the agency and this apartment!

Pros: The location has easy access to L7 train and it was nice that the host welcome us with a bottle of wine. The beds were of decent quality providing a good night rest.

Contras: The left sliding door to the balcony providing access to the washing machine needs repair

Contras: We felt bad on the last day, and the booking taxi to the airport did not arrive.

Pros: Emplacement bien, le métro à deux pas, les commodités également.
