Pros: Todo, en general. Apartamento bien ubicado, que ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio.

Contras: Lo único a mejorar es que las toallas dejaban pelusilla al utilizarlas, supongo que porque eran nuevas y todavía no se habían lavado.

Pros: The flat was clean, comfortable and warm with heating g in every room.

Contras: A full size iron rather than a tiny travel one would be better. The coffee machine is not very good and needs small filters. A simple cafetière would have been easier and more practical.

Pros: Parking available. It is rare in this city. Cathedral and other places are in walking distance.

Contras: Kitchen is a bit small.

Pros: Son emplacement idéal pour découvrir Séville à pieds

Contras: Les voisins (des touristes français) beaucoup trop bruyants

Pros: Отличное расположение, обилие разнообразных и хороших точек питания. Система кондиционирования обеспечивает температурный комфорт.

Contras: Возникла трудность с доступом в апартаменты, расположенные в многоквартирном доме. Хозяин не предупредил, что надо позвонить в квартиру №26, и не отвечал на телефонные звонки. Только после отправки СМС к нам вышел его представитель, и мы решили все проблемы. В целом квартира достаточно удобная, но неухоженная. Не очень хорошо оснащена кухня, мало розеток

Pros: Very good location close to the Jewish Quarter. Off the road so no street noise. Remodeled not too long ago so the appliances and hardware are still mostly new. Our checkin person, Bruno, was very informative, made us feel welcome and responded immediately to what we needed.

Contras: The washing machine did not work when we arrived Thursday afternoon. The owner was immediately notified and told we were counting on it. We asked about any progress Friday morning. Heard back Friday evening with a story that it was too late to do anything since the weekend had arrived. Seriously? What happened to the day and a half before the weekend? When we asked we got only a lame response. So, be careful with this rental as if something does not go well do not expect much of a response unless Bruno can take care of it. Even though the place was remodeled not too long ago quite a few things were left out of the remodel. For example, no place to dry dishes and utensils after washing. There is a dishwasher but most times you do not travel with soap for it and your cleaning needs are too small to require using the dishwasher. Another example was no easy place to dry your laundry(assuming it works when you rent). Finally, the place looked clean but after an hour walking around just wearing socks the bottom of my feet were black. We take our shoes off at the door so it was not us. When looking around the walls are scuffed with small dings and scratches, the rugs are very dirty, the wall switches need cleaning, and the couch is dirty. Generally, they are due for what we call a deep cleaning.

Pros: La posizione e l’appartamento era completo di tutto . Avrei preferito almeno un comodino nella cameretta e magari un piccolo armadio piuttosto degli scaffali

Pros: Location is good. If you can’t find free parking in street, you may use their garage with a fee.

Contras: A little bit small but still 4 adults can stay

Pros: The location of the property is perfect, close to all major sites of Seville, in the old and picturesque Jewish quarter of Santa Cruz, just steps away from the gardens of Murillo. All famous landmarks are reachable on foot. There are several small supermarkets and lots of bars in the area. The kitchen is well-equipped. The entire property was clean. We were provided with towels and toiletries. The host was very helpful and nice. The area is safe to walk at night too. We would definitely stay here again.
