The Beach Boutique House is located in "Residencial Calanuza" complex, Calle ALTEA 11, bungalow 20, EL CAMPELLO 03560. The safe, protected, healthy house consists of a living-room with chimney, 2 double bedrooms, american kitchen, private courtyard of 60 sqm with pergola, garden furniture, professional grill, one full bathroom and one toilet with lavatory. It features 2 WI-FI Led TV.s, balcony with sea view, 2 air conditioning units with inverters, private parking space in front of the property. Safe, protected, healthy location! The residential complex has a big pool, a children pool, beautiful park, it is fully gated, video surveillance. Located just 50 m from the beach - Calla Lanuza. On the beach there is a nice bar and live music all summer nights. Just 20 m from the secondary entrance of the residential complex there is the TRAM station. The TRAM goes in 10 minutes to El Campello, 20 minutes to Alicante and 20 minutes to Benidorm. Supermarkets to 10 minutes by TRAM. There are 2 restaurants available at less than 100 m from the entrance of the residential complex.
