Our traditional style 1st floor (Lift available)1 bedroom apartment, with beautiful views of the 14th Century church and the gardens of the 200 year old villa estate owned by the Marquise of Urbina de la Quintana, is situated in the charming village of Senorio de Roda and is just a few minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor and it's coastal towns St. Javier and Los Alcazares. Accommodation Bedroom: With twin beds, bedside cabinets and large built in wardrobes. Bathroom: With Shower cubicle, WC, Bidet and vanity wash basin. Kitchen: Full inventory plus fridge freezer, washing machine, hob, oven & Microwave. Living Room: Lounge/dining room with TV, 3 seater sofa-bed (High quality Sprung base-double bed), 2 seater sofa, storage units, extending table with 4 chairs. Other: There is a large balcony which overlooks the church & villa gardens to the side and the communal gardens to the front and has table and chairs.
Many thanks for looking at our holiday home. We bought the apartment around 10 years ago and it is furnished as our 2nd home so no cheap rickety furniture. The sofabed is a quality sprung bed with a mattress topper and is suitable to sleep 2 adults. My wife and me like to go to the beachfront bars, sip sangria and watch the world go by. We also like to get in our rental car and look around the area with Cartagena being one of our favourite places and only half an hours drive away.
The village of Roda is a small village between San Javier & Los Alcazares. It has an anchient church and some realy nice cafe/bars.. The village holds a fiesta in August where the community come out and make a huge Paella and have drinks and entertainment. Book to join in or just watch and listen from our balcony that overlooks the village gardens and Roda's community bar.
