Bed&BCN Nogués apartment

Pros: Location was excellent for Sagrada and Park guell, floor space and balcony were good.

Contras: Needs refurbishing and decorating which would be worthwhile to ensure repeat bookings and recommendations.

Pros: The host met us late in the evening - thanks for that. The location is good. The flat is big and has different facilities, e.g. iron, washing machiene, etc. And even a balcony! Quiet neighbours, a store nearby, some restaurants. Metro is not far as well. Beds were also convenient. Each room has its own A/C.

Contras: There are some small annoying details. The apartment was dusty, it seemed that floor wasnt cleaned before our stay. The wc lid was broken and we constantly fell into wc :D Some other shabby / broken / dirty little things. It could be improved in few minutes, but seems thats not a priority for the host. Shower cabin was sooo narrow. Luckily we are thin, but it seemed too less space even for a fit person.

Contras: Hotte et lumière ne fonctionnaient pas, de gros problèmes avec l'eau qui étaient plus souvent froide que chaude, merci pour les douches, toilettes pratiquement cassées, et douche beaucoup trop petite

Pros: Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Das Apartment befindet sich zwischen Park Güell und der Sagrada Familia.

Contras: Das Apartment ist groß genug für mind. 4 Personen. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und einen relativ großen Wohnbereich mit Esstisch und Sofa (plus Balkon). Das Badezimmer ist sehr, sehr klein und die Dusche ziemlich eng. Die Unterkunft ist sehr simple ausgestattet. Es reicht, um dort zu schlafen und zu duschen. Leider mussten wir unsere eigene Seife und Klopapier kaufen, da nichts vorhanden war.

Contras: The apartment needed extra cleaning, shower cubicle too small for a normal individual and absence of curtains in living room door and windows towards balcony depriving privacy.
