What we offer? Stay in a guest room in our house. Please note that temporarily, we change the breakfast formula in the 2020 holiday season. Guests have the opportunity to prepare and have breakfast in the fully equipped summer kitchen/outdoor dining area above the pool. We can provide some products - to be agreed and confirmed before arrival or we recommend where you can have breakfast. The nearest bars and cafes are 2-4 km from Casa de los Gatos e.g. Arenal beach (4 km), Carretera del Cap de la Nau Pla (3-4 km). The room is pleasant and spacious (26 m2). It has a separate entrance and a small terrace. It is fully equipped (details in the description). We invite you to enjoy of the swimming pool and the summer kitchen/outdoor dining area with large table and chairs. Note: we live in the house - the garden, the swimming pool are the so-called common areas, although, IN FACT, throughout the summer season, they are for the exclusive use of guests. We offer only one (1!) guest room for 2 persons. Our house has a typical Spanish style. It is well-kept and surrounded by a large garden (1600m2) with interesting specimens of Mediterranean vegetation. Tourist license: VT-477840-A
About us: We are a French and Polish couple. We have 4 cats. We are hospitable but also discreet and we care about mutual respect for privacy. As animal lovers, we are happy to meet people who also love them. Unfortunately, due to the presence of our cats, we cannot accept other animals on our premises.
Where are we? Xabia / Javea on the Costa Blanca in Spain. The beautiful, peaceful residential area of El Tosalet. Gardens, villas, and lush, well-maintained vegetation and round-the-clock protection. Distant from the beaches and the city from 1.5 to 3 km. Our advantage is the location in a quiet area, but also guarantees proximity to beaches, the main city beach Arenal with boutiques, bars, restaurants, the historical center, and the picturesque port district. The possibility of sunbathing, diving, walking, and cycling trips, exploring the region, tasting Spanish dishes, immersing yourself in the colorful atmosphere of the city and an international mix of tourists from around the world. Note: in Xabia / Javea you need a car to travel comfortably!!
