Five minutes walk from Estepona Marina, you will find this lovely apartment with fantastic seaview from the terass and a pool area. This two room apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and livingroom with tv, dvd, wifi and air conditioning. The spacious bedroom has one double bed with entrance to the terrace and an extra bed sofa for maximum two people in the living room. Its perfect location just 400 meters from the Marina offers close access to restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets, as well as two beaches not more than 10 minute walk from the apartment. The old town, with the genuin city center, is only 20 minutes walk away. There are also many golf Courses around the area.
We are both golfers, one professional golf instructor and one hobby golfer. So we enjoy Estepona all year around. Estepona is one of the loveliest small cities along the Costa del Sol, or Costa del golf as it is also called. The old city center is charming, and the city combines genuin spanish ordinary Life with easy living for turists and visitors with an endless opportunities to eat well and enjoy the surroundings. Do not miss going a day to Ronda, Gibraltar or/and Marbella.
