The elevated first floor private accommodation has a special unique feel, and accessed via a spiral staircase giving breathtaking views from 2 completely private solariums. Situated at the highest point of Ciudad Quesada with 360 degree visibility for miles over land and sea. A warm and cosy atmosphere with a welcoming reception from the owners who pride themselves on going the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. The studio/apartment is bright and tastefully decorated and consists of a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Bed linen and towels are provided. Bathroom with walk in shower and outdoor furniture will make your stay comfortable. There is a Flat screen TV with full sky package and WiFi. Situated in a residential area with mixed nationalities, just 100 meters from municipal pool open June to September and at the side of Harry’s bar/restaurant for a warm reception and tasty home made food. Less than 5 minutes walk to local supermarket/newsagents and a handful of restaurants/bars. The Country Club is just a 10 minutes walk with swimming pool, crazy golf, and bar/restaurant hosting tribute nights and entertainment throughout the week. The bustling village of Ciudad Quesada is a 15 minute walk with Banks, restaurants, cocktail bars, bowling, crazy golf and much more. La Marquesa 18 hole golf course is in Quesada and just 3 miles from the apartment with numerous other courses close by on south Costa Blanca.
