The apartment Benimar is located on the ground floor in the popular district "El Duque" not far from the beach. The distance to the sea is about 750 meters. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The living room has a sofa bed that can be pulled out and provides a comfortable place to sleep for 2 more people. In the living room there is a flat screen TV with international TV programmes, Internet via Wifi, DVD player and a stereo system. The bedroom has two single beds, which can be put together if required and it has an exit to the large terrace. On the terrace you have enough space to lie in the sun.
